poor maintenance

It’s just too bad this isn’t an actual hotel. I haven’t seen such poorly maintained places since I was in college. You’d think at least one complimentary gesture for the inconvenience was in order, but alas, that would be too nice for this establishment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The fridge was clean, which was a relief. But the overall place just felt dirty, like the sticky floors—yuck. Nice staff, but keep your expectations low. 😬

cleanliness issues

Enjoyed our stay with the family at this location. It was nice to have a bit of space for everyone. The area had some great activities, like visiting the nearby golf club and enjoying the scenic views at Padelford Landing. Truly memorable moments.

In my wife’s opinion, cleanliness needs major improvement.

great access to parks and landmarks for weekend explorers

during my stay, I found the staff to be very approachable and helpful, and the convenient proximity to places like the stunning Lake Phalen, which is just a short 2 km stroll away, made my city explorations really enjoyable.

We appreciated the friendly staff and found the room to be a convenient place for our needs. It was equipped with a kitchenette, which was a great asset for creating our meals during our 3-night stay. Additionally, the location was prime, close to various shopping and dining options, making our adventures around the area much more accessible.

However, the overall decor and ambiance felt a bit too plain and not very inviting.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, as I found the front checking staff to be very helpful and nice, and the location was ideal for exploring the city with easy access to a fitness center and laundry facilities nearby.

great location

my stay at extended stay was pretty good. the front checking staff were super helpful and nice. the location is close to everything you might need, which made getting around so easy. plus, the room had a kitchenette that made preparing my meals a breeze during my two nights there.
